Bloom & Bond: a family retreat taster

Give your child a taste of spa life this summer as you supercharge your health and wellness in the ultimate luxury. The Retreat at Elcot Park Hotel and Re:treat are teaming up to offer half day retreat experiences for families this summer. Slow down and learn the wellbeing secrets to thrive, with expert guidance in skincare and massage, yoga and breathwork, nourishing mini workshops, and time at the beautiful pool.

Held on Thursday 23rd July and Friday 28th August, these unique half day experiences include:

• Yoga with a view – fun partner moves, as well as a gentle introduction to breathwork and sound healing

• Flower arranging – unwind through the power of nature as you create an arrangement to take home

• A mini facial – plus expert advice on building healthy skin habits

• Massages and tutorials – a hand and arm massage, and guidance on connecting with each other through touch

• Supercharged snacks – an informal and hands-on session on nourishing foods for tweens and teens

• A dip (or lounge!) – use of the heated outdoor pool and sunbeds

• A goodie bag – continue the self care journey at home.

The ticket price is just £60 per person. A 15% discount is offered for lunch that day in the hotel, as well as products purchased at the spa.
