Parent and teen spa day

Create lifelong memories with your tween or teen at our exclusive London spa days, designed to nourish body, mind, and spirit. Held at a boutique spa in a beautiful part of East London, our guests will enjoy exclusive access to the sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. Each pair will be pampered with a blissful 30-minute facial or massage in their own private room. The afternoon will also include relaxation time in the spa lounge with a luxury wellness pack designed to encourage creativity and connection. This is a very rare opportunity to bring your tween or teen (aged 12+) to a spa in a safe and welcoming way, and to kickstart healthy self care habits.

The details

The day includes:

• An hour’s use of the boutique sauna, jacuzzi and steam room, adjusted to a safe temperature for children
• A 30-minute massage or facial for both Mum and tween / teen in a private room
• Over an hour’s relaxation in the beautiful spa lounge
• A luxury wellness pack designed to encourage creativity and connection
• Time to change into your robe and slippers (provided by the spa)
• Unlimited tea and coffee, plus light refreshments in your wellness pack.

Please note – these events are suitable for one parent with one child aged 12+. The spa is in a historic building with steps so is unfortunately not suitable for those with disabilities.
